Key Partnerships

Our partnership with Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”) began when they first invested in us in 2006. Since their investment, Ambow has worked with Cisco in two principal areas – effective management of their channel partners and the development of information technology talent.

Our innovative educational model helps Cisco manage the effectiveness of its channel partners by tracking their ability to sell and support Cisco products. The development of information technology talent is accomplished through a workforce transformation program targeted at universities to increase the networking talent pool in China.

In April of 2008, we reached an agreement with Skillsoft Asia Pacific (“Skillsoft”) to serve as its exclusive distributor in China through the end of 2013. Skillsoft is a provider of e-learning and performance support solutions for global enterprises, government entities, learning institutions, and small to medium-sized businesses.

Under our agreement, we offer Skillsoft’s e-learning solutions and resources to both our corporate training clients and students in our career enhancement centers.

In November of 2009, we entered into an agreement with McGraw-Hill Education to develop enhanced, customized, English language training courseware and content for IT engineers in our career enhancement centers.

The innovative learning programs we are jointly developing are focused on business process outsourcing training and will be offered in a blended format that includes online and group activities focused on career-specific English for engineers.
