Ambow Education Holding Ltd. is a leading provider of educational and career enhancement services in China. Founded in 2000, our mission is to address two critical demands in China’s education market: the desire for students to be admitted into top secondary and post-secondary schools and the desire for graduates of those schools to obtain more attractive jobs. We utilize both offline and online delivery models powered by our proprietary learning technologies and robust infrastructure to deliver personalized, high-quality education and training services that cater to a student’s needs at every stage – from primary and secondary schooling to post-graduate career services and mid-career training. We provide our services and products throughout China via our multi-channel delivery network of regional service hubs and directly operated K-12 schools, tutoring centers, independent colleges and career enhancement or training centers and distributors.

Ambow’s educational services are organized into two primary business lines: “Better Schools,” representing our K-12 degree programs and tutoring services with standards-based curriculum that enables students to improve their academic results and educational opportunities; and “Better Jobs,” referring to our career enhancement services programs that facilitate post-secondary students to obtain more attractive employment.
