About CCEP
The development of vocational training focused on “soft skills” is still considered to be a very new field by colleges and universities, so after extensive market research Ambow developed their Career Competence Enhancement Program (CCEP) in collaboration with several leading experts and groups in the vocational education training sector.
The CCEP course system revolves around expanding skills at the fundamental level, focusing on adjusting students’ attitudes and teaching them how to use fair and reasonable methods to increase personal responsibility and improve practical abilities. Because students’ personal development is inseparable from the influence and guidance of their teachers, CCEP also includes provides teacher training to show professors how they can help effectively foster a vocational “soft skills” learning environment. At the same time, CCEP established a collaborative development system to solicit and incorporate feedback from the classroom and also includes a learning network platform that facilitates interaction between universities, students, and enterprises.
CCEP is an integrated system that combines expert course material, online education, and distance learning in one complete educational tool, and provides both offline teaching materials and online coursework tailored to both teachers’ and students’ respective needs. It improves the way teachers teach and the way that students study, and greatly increases the effectiveness of learning overall. CCEP was developed by experts in the field, and has already been tested at Peking University, where it received very positive feedback from students. CCEP’s online learning platform provides an easy-to-operate online course curriculum, and has been developed in collaboration with top international business schools to truly synchronize the learning and teaching processes.
